Saturday Challenge

I cannot believe it's Saturday again and time for another challenge. Sorry for running a little late today, I was out of coffee this morning and can't seem to get moving without it ; ) I found this sketch on Georgana Hall's Blog (georganahall.typepad.com) and it was designed by by Becky Fleck of PageMaps. Below the sketch is my take. I think I'm stuck in a red white and blue state of mind from last week. Your layout does not have to follow a specific color or theme, the choice is yours. This week I'm going to be offing a prize once again. You are designing for the chance to win a cute Unity Itty Bitty stamp. I love the images on these stamps.

Here is this weeks sketch challenge:

Here is my take on the sketch. I would still like to add a bit so check back for changes.

Good luck and remember to use the Mr Linky below to link your challenge submission to our blog. Leaving a comment will give you a second submission for the prize! Have a great Saturday!

Let it snow

And snow and snow and snow.......
I'm tried to get myself in the spirit of the winter season by making a quick one page layout to paste some of the very many snow related photos I now have. As I am sure most of you have. Also, I finally took a stab at using the pretty Pink Paislee frames my lovely sissy bought for me for Christmas. The card below is the fruit of my labor! Anyway, tomorrow we will be in Cape May for an all day crop. It will be nice to get together with the great ladies down there and get our crafty on. Enjoy this wonderful weather!

A Little Peek Into My Home Craft Space....

This is Nora Anne hi-jacking Colleen's blog today! I just posted over on my personal blog some photos of my "work in progress" otherwise known as my "loft" aka "craft room"! If you speak to my husband, he will have other words for it, but those are not appropriate for this blog! ;)
I always enjoy seeing other people's ideas for storage and organization, so I thought I'd share mine with you today! Click here to see more!
Have a great week!

My Pink Stamper Challenge

So here is my submisson for the my Pink Stamper Challenge. It's Robyn's birthday so she asked that we do a birthday layout. For this, I used Teresa Collins Celebrate line. I love the vibrant happy colors of this collection. I surrounded the simple Happy Birthday stamp with Dew Drops from Robins Nest. The 2009 was cut from the Alphalicious font on my cricut. Sorry about the photo quality but as I said last night my sister is using my camera. I hope you like my layout as much as I enjoyed making it. And.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBYN!!!

Love is in the Air

I was cleaning up my craft area and had a handful of scraps from another project and the packrat in me just could not throw them away. So I fashioned them together into a quick one page layout. The backround paper as well as the photo frame is My Minds Eye State of the Heart collection. I used a very old set of Rusty Pickle chip letters and sprayed them with Cotton Candy Chalkboard Spritz from Tattered Angels. It is probably one of my very favorite products. I also added some Websters Pages whimsies to the centers of the flowers and a WP sparkler to dot the "I". I have to apologize for the very terrible photos. I loaned my camera to my sister and had to use my phone. So here is what I did on my lazy Sunday. I hope you enjoyed yours. Oh and one more thing.......GO JETS!!!! xx- Colleen
